Sofie Přemyslovna, Margravine of Meissen, was born about 1165 in Moravské Budějovice, Třebíč, Czechoslovakia, daughter of Frederick Bohemia (~1142–1189) and Erzsébet Arpadhazi (~1149–1189).
Žofie (20) married Albrecht Wettin (27) (born about 1158; son of Otto (Wettin) Meissen and Hedwig (Askanier) von Brandenburg) on April 23, 1186 in Aussig, Sachsen, Prussia.
Žofie died on March 25, 1195, aged about 29.
