Biography

Sarah was the wife of William Watson (1710-1770). William and Sarah once lived in what is now Grantville, PA. Sarah and her son, Patrick, died on the same day from an Indian raid. After Sarah and her son Patrick died, the living heirs that received a share of William Watson's estate were Martha (Watson) Douglas, Ann (Watson) Kennedy, Hugh Watson, Margaret/Margaretha (Watson) Kennedy, Sarah (Watson) Clark, and David Watson. Sarah and Patrick are buried in the Lewis Cemetery, in Mifflinburg, Union county, Pennsylvania. [1]

Researchers Notes

Sarah is mentioned in the 1769 Last Will and Testament of her husband William (Watson) Wattson only as "Sarah." Many researchers state that her maiden name was "Daniels" but as yet there has been no documentation to support that.

I removed https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Watson-9356 MaJor Patrick Watson as a son of Sarah (umn) Watson, who was killed on the same day as her son, Patrick Watson, for whom I created a new profile.
