Family #209 in the 1835 Grimm census.
Family #237 in the 1857 Grimm census.
Margaretha Elisabeth was born after the 1798 census and married before the 1834 census. This means she was not captured in a census with her biological parents. Unless we find a descendant who has detailed private records, we will probably never know her last name at birth.
Studying the maternal haplogroup of Margaretha Elisabeth's female descendants could help narrow down her maternal ancestry.

Johannes Becker moved to Erlenbach in 1852 wth two of his brothers and their family members. There should be an accounting of him and his family in the 1857 Erlenbach census.
Although she is not specifically named in the 1857 census, it can be deduced that she moved to Erlenbach with her husband and children in 1852. Since women weren't listed in the interim, male-only, 1850 census, she was not included in the 1857 Grimm census. Consulting the 1857 Erlenbach census will show if she was still living as well as the names of any females still living with the family.
