Esther was born about 1687, based on her age at death..
Some online trees claim she was Esther Greene; an Esther Greene did marry a John Taylor, but in 1770; this Esther and John were married far closer to 1705.
She married about 1707 John Taylor, son of Richard. Their marriage is not recorded in Stow.
She had several children as supported by John Taylor's estate documents; the two youngest were recorded in the Stow vital records; they included (order of oldest uncertain):
Solomon; mentioned in father's estate records in 1738 [check] but not in 1747.
Israel; removed to Harvard, Worcester County, by 1747
Tabitha; m Boaz Brown; died in child birth
Jerusha; m Simeon Haughton after the death of her father
Phinehas; called youngest son in probate records of father
She died 23 Nov 1755 in her 69th year (I.e., age 68).[1]
She is buried at Lower Village Cemetery in Stow.[2]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Esther by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Esther:
An Elizabeth Greene did publish intentions to marry a John Taylor (to which Samuel Green objected), but in 1770 , not in 1700. See https://ma-vitalrecords.org/MA/Middlesex/Stow/Images/Stow_M204.shtml
