In 1700, Phineas received a land grant in North Malden, which is now called Melrose. In 1703, Phineas built a house for his bride, which is stilll standing today. [2]
"Phineas came to this house, then new, “on horseback with his new bride, Tamzen riding behind him on a pillion”. They had thirteen children in the “primitive dwelling on the wooded crest of Upham Hill” "Upham House 1703
Phineas wrote his will in 1751, and the probate case 23212 was dated 29 April 1766. [4]
In his will he mentions:

Phineas was buried in the Bell Rock Cemetery, in Malden, Massachusetts.[5]
