Biography
Petrus was born 13 October 1815 at Ostende, West Flanders. He was the son of Jacobus Franciscus Vanwouw and Maria Deblauwe.[1]
He married Maria Theresia Joanna Devos on 30 September 1840 at Ostende.[2]
He died at Ostende on 5 November 1878.[1]
