WILLOUGHBY—VENNER.—On the 12th September, at Bentham-street Christian Church, by Rev. Alfred Hyde, Michael (Ernest) eldest son of William Absolom Blakey Willoughby, to Frances (Elsie) Cecile, eldest daughter of the late Harry Mackie Venner. Both of Mile-End.[3]

She passed away 15 October 1938 in Adelaide, South Australia at the age of 59. She was a widow living in Mile End at the time of her death.

WILLOUGHBY.—On the 15th of October, at Adelaide, Frances Elsie Cecile, loving daughter of Emma Chapman and dearly beloved mother of Harry, Ross and Ken, mother-in-law of Marjory, grandmother of Donald, and sister of Tom and Roy. Aged 59 years.[5]
She was buried at the West Terrace Cemetery, Adelaide on the 16th October 1938.
