When Celia Ann Vick was born in 1750 in Edgecombe, North Carolina, her father, Richard, was 33, and her mother, Ann, was 30. She married Thomas John Horne on June 23, 1770, in Northampton, North Carolina. They had 14 children. She died after 1798 in Wayne, North Carolina.
