Margaret was born about 1755. She passed away about 1809.

Rebecca, I just e-mailed you a message today, but saw your post here and will give you what I have. John Garrett,b.abt 1740-1750. He died Aug.30, 1794, Shelby County, KY. John m. Margaret Villers.

  1. 1. Isaac Garrett, m.Dec.8,1794 to Elizabeth McDowell. They lived in Shelby County, KY
  2. 2. William Garrett, m.(1) Sally Cassaway and (2) Sally Cully. Also lived Shelby County.#3. Moses Garrett, m Apr. 26, 1802, Shelby County to Polly Stone or Slone.#4. John Garrett m. Charlotte.
  3. 5. Henry Garrett, b. abt 1785-1790 and m. Jan. 25, 1810, Corydon, Harrison County, Indiana to Nellie Dunlap.Their children: #1. John Garrett, b 1811 Washington County, Indiana and m. Eunice Stark on Feb. 29, 1836 in Scott County, Indiana.
  4. 2. Isaac Garrett, b.1813 in Washington Countyand m. May 27, 1836 in Scott County to Lousia McCleary.

No white woman was born anywhere in Kentucky in 1747, and there certainly was no Shelby County, nor even a Kentucky then.
