In the name of God Amen I Oliver Vincent of the Parish of Saint Allen and County of Cornwall being at this time of sound & disposing mind memory & understanding Praised be Almighty God therefore do make publish & declare this my Last Will & Testament in manner & form & to the purpose and effect following (Viz.)
First & principally I recommend my soul into the hands of God who gave it & my body to the earth to be decently buried at the direction of my Executor hereinafter named & appointed & as to the temporal estate which God hath please to bless me with I dispose thereof in manner & form following/that is to say/ -
I will that all my just debts legacies & funeral charges be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named.
Item I give unto my wife Agnes Vincent the sum of ten pounds to be paid her within two years after my decease Also I give unto my said wife the income and profits of her former dwelling house in the Bor’o[ugh] of Truro also a bed properly & decently furnished with all other fit and convenient implements & utensils of household fit for a person of her degree & quality, at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named & appointed which said bed & other the household furniture she is to have & enjoy peaceably & quietly during her natural life.
Item Unto my son Robert Vincent I give & bequeath the sum of forty pounds to be paid him within two years after my decease. Also I give unto my said son Robert Vincent all & singular my right title & interest in my leasehold tenement & premises of Lower Green situate lying & being in the parish of St Erme & county of Cornwall

Item I give & bequeath unto my daughter Mary Trestrail the sum of thirty pounds to be paid her also within two years after my decease.
Item I give unto my daughter Joan Vincent the sum of thirty pounds or the sum of three pounds per annum during the term of her natural life which she shall approve of & choose Also I give & bequeath unto my said daughter Joan Vincents child the sum of ten pounds to be respectively paid also within two years after my decease.
Item I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Adams the sum of one pound & one shilling to be paid at the end of six months after my decease.
Item I give unto my daughter Margaret Pope the like sum of one pound & one shilling to be paid her also at the end of six months after my decease.
Lastly All the rest residue & remainder of my goods chattels & effects of what nature or kind soever (not herein before given & bequeathed) I do hereby give & bequeath unto my son Oliver Vincent And I do hereby appoint my said son Oliver whole & sole Executor & residuary legatee to this my Last Will & Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made ratifying & confirming this & no other
