Biography

Samuel was born on 12 Oct 1770 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut Colony.[1] He was the son of John Vining and Rosanna (Carter) Vining.[1] [2]

He married Rebecca Unknown in 1792.

He died on 24 May 1841 in Bennington Township, Licking, Ohio. He was buried in Butter Cemetery.[3]
