DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Mary or other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Mary:

Have you taken a DNA test? If so, login to add it. If not, see our friends at Ancestry DNA.

Woodard-1049 and Woodard-3292 are ready to be merged. I added my Grandfather Hume Woodard without realizing a duplicate already existed, Trying to clean up my mess.

I tried to merge but it wont work. Presume you need to approve. Thanks. Hume is my Grandfather.

Hi Mary,

I'm hoping you can add me to the Trusted List for Hubert D Bliss, Alice Smith Dutton (1875-), and Henry Wahl so that I can add the sources and children that I know about.

Thank you!

Hey Mary, Frankie Johnson here. Its been making me crazy as to why we weren't showing up as DNA connected, then I realized that you and I are half cousins. Milo Root had 3 wives Mary French, Hannah Sweet and Sarah Sheldon. You descend from Mary and I from Hannah. So, I lowered the threshold on GEDMatch and boom, there it is. We do share DNA, but not a lot. However, it proves we are definately related. Finally. Hope you are alive and well, Frankie. (Schmitz is my ex-married name)

I am looking for Delilah Shorts.

She was married to Andrew Jackson Flickner until she died on Dec 21, 1937. Any Flickner's come up in your research? Thanks, Bob

I believe I have some info on calvin ziba trowbridge on your tree. I am still in the process of uncovering info on Calvin ziba trowbridge I was wondering if you had any information on his spouse that you haven't entered in your tree. I believe Calvin ZIba TrOwbridge is my 2nd great grandfather. He was supposed to be married too a full blooded Blackfoot Indian named Harriet Martin aka Rosebush possibly. As you know the Indian heritage if true The name has obviously been changed. Thank you for any information you have.

Hello,

I am a WikiTree DNA Project Volunteer Helper. I wanted to let you know that when you post DNA test information on a WikiTree profile, WikiTree needs to be able to see the profile Family Tree Tab (top of WikiTree Profile) to make DNA connections down the ancestral lines.

I would like to suggest that you consider changing the privacy level on this profile and all of the ancestors to be at a level that allows everyone to see the Family Tree tab. Click the "Privacy" tab and set your level to "Private with public tree" or "Private with public biography and tree". For further information on the available Privacy levels needed to facilitate this, please see: Wikitree privacy controls

Thank you, Meghan

Hi Mary! Thank you for joining our DNA Project!

You should consider changing your privacy level to the pale yellow one. That level allows everyone to see your family tree and it allows the WikiTree program to make connections along your family branches and twigs.

Once your family tree is public, you will be able to use the relationship finder to locate individual cousins. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Relationship

Hi! I see where you have uploaded your DNA for comparison.  Did you know we have a project for DNA where a lot of great new things are happening?  If you are interested and would like to check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop down box, and then select the link for the DNA project.  It has information listed that might be of interest to you, and feel free to contact any of the members if you would like additional details.
Hi again! I just confirmed you as a member (once you sign the Honor Code, you’ll be a full member – aka a Wiki Genealogist). An important aspect of WikiTree is providing sources for information (even if it’s just “Aunt Louisa told me in 1984...”) – my profile page has a link to Sources Resources, where I’ve tried to provide an overview of source information.

Give G2G or me a holler if you get stuck on anything, and thank you for joining our collaborative tree. Enjoy!

I am on board with the WikiTree mission and will follow the nine rules mentioned here. I look forward to volunteering to help with the tree!

Welcome Mary!

As a guest, you can search for your ancestors and participate in G2G, where you can ask questions that you didn't find an answer to in WikiTree Help (see the “Help” drop-down menu at upper right – for additional links that may be of use, please click my name and check out the links I list under my "Greeter" section - especially the Sources links and the links to my fellow greeters Debby and Maggie, who also have helpful information on their profile pages). If you would like to join WikiTree, and help with our mission of one tree, please read the Honor Code, volunteer, and post a comment on your profile page; we'll be glad to add you to the WikiTree community. Happy Hunting!
