Deed of Gift from Littleberry Walker to his children: Susannah, Mary, Kesiah, Drusilla, Littleberry (Jr), Isham, Elias, and Jeremiah, in consideration of his "marring", (but wife not named). He names his brother in law, John Johnston of Wayne County and Isaac Johns of Camden County, Trustees for the children.
In 1830 Littleberry conveys by deed of Gift to his children Ansell, David, Andrew, Elisha, Westberry and Elizabeth, slaves, cattle, horses hogs etc. to be equally divided and if his wife Elizabeth lives longer than he does she was to get 1/3 of the property during her widowhood and immediately after to be equally divided among the named children. He also states that he had heretofore given all my children excepting those named their portion of his estate.
