Biography
When Mary Ann Polly Walker was born on January 8, 1833, in Louisiana, her father, James, was 26, and her mother, Cynthia, was 28. She married Daniel E Moore on April 13, 1853, in Grimes, Texas. They had seven children in 18 years. She died on July 4, 1891, in Gillespie, Texas, at the age of 58, and was buried in Willow City, Texas.
