Private David Walter served with Northumberland County Militia, Pennsylvania Militia during the American Revolution.

David was born the son of Johann Jacob Walter II and Anna Maria Kauffman. He married Susanna Eberhart. Their children were:

David was a soldier in the American Revolution. He served under Captain Mull of Sunbury[1]

He is buried in the Salem United Methodist Cemetery, Penns Creek, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.[2]

David was born in 1761. He passed away in 1838.
