Biography
Keziah Josephine Ware was born about 1861 in Mississippi to George Washington Ware and Keziah Bowers.[1]
She married Jeff W. Meadows[2] about 1878 as his first wife and the couple had the following known children:
- Ella Meadows was born about 1880 in Mississippi
- Mae Anna Meadows was born 17 Jan 1881 in Smith County, Mississippi and died 08 Sep 1938 in Mt. Olive, Covington County, Mississippi.[3][4]
- Charlie Meadows was born Jun 1882 in Mississippi.[2]
- Alvin L. Meadows was born Oct 1885 in Mississippi.[2]
- Nannie J. Meadows was born Apr 1888 in Mississippi.[2]
- Julius T. Meadows was born Apr 1891 in Mississippi.[2]
- Leila F. Meadows was born Nov 1893 in Mississippi.[2]
Keziah died before 1894, when Jeff married his second wife Martha Sylvania "Linnie",[2] possibly during the birth of her last child.[2]
