Co., and by his will, Dated April 13, 1749, etc., etc. The grantor in this deed believing the testator of the will intended leaving the property herein conveyed, to Lancelot Warrin (after the death of sd. testator's wife, and she being now dead), etc., etc., for the sum of 5 shill. curr., conveys 210 a. of land to sd. Lancelot Warrin and his heirs and assigns, etc., etc. Witnesses, Wm. Waller, Hackley Warrin, Robert Moor, James x Ham. April 2, 1751.
