Biography

Henry Hudson Wathen, son of John Wathen and Susanna Anne (Hudson) Wathen, was born in 1694 in Charles County, Maryland.[1]

He married Mary Brayfield, daughter of John Brayfield, about 1727 at Trinity Parish, Charles County, Maryland.[1]

Mary died about 1727 and he married Sarah Mudd, daughter of Henry Mudd and Elizabeth (Lowe) Mudd, about 1738.[1]

Hudson died on 22 March 1760 at Trinity Parish, Charles County, Maryland.[1]

Wife Sarah Wathen. To son Martin Wathen, 50 a., pt, of "Wester Mannor," containing in the whole 100 as, laid out by Richard Hanson on 15 Nov 1723; Negro boy Peter.
