Biography
The birth of Nicholas Watkins is recorded in the register of All Hallow's Parish along with several of his siblings: John Watkins and Ann parents of John Watkins son b. 15 Aug. 1689; Nickcolis son b. --Mar 1691; Elizabeth dau b. 11 Apr 1693; Gassoway son b. 31 Mar 1695.[1]

http://msa.maryland.gov/msa/stagser/s1400/s1402/html/ssi1402w.html may be of interest ... shows a Gassaway Watkins (died 1732), son of Nicholas & Margarett. Since this Nicholas is the son of Anne (Gassaway) Watkins, I think that must be his son.
