Biography
Eli was born on 12 May 1845 in Georgia, USA. He was the son of Berrick Watkins and Mary Margaret "Peggy" Weaver. He passed away on 24 Feb 1886 (aged 40) and was buried in Altoga Cemetery, Altoga, Collin County, Texas, USA.[1]
Eli married Nancy Elizabeth "Betty" Smith on 13 Jan 1867 in Bradley County, Tennessee, USA.
