Stanley John Watt was born in Tomerong, New South Wales, Australia, the 3rd son of James Watt & Mary Ann Turner.[1]

Stan lived most of his life on the family farm at Tomerong, running the farm after the death of his father.

He never married.

In later years he retired to a house in Nowra, along with his unmarried sister, Annie.

Stan died on 22 July 1975, at his residence, 44 Osborne St, Nowra, NSW. He was cremated at Wollongong crematorium and his remains interred at Nowra General Cemetery.[2][3]
