Biography

Ray was born in 1905. [1] He was the son of Ira Waybright and Etta Rexroad.

Ray married Nellie Mullenax in 1930 in Monterey, Highland County, Virginia.[2]

He passed away in 1959 in Highland County, Virginia. [3]
