James Nurcombe Webber was born in the April quarter of 1857 in Watchet, Somerset, England. He was the son of William Webber and Mary Nurcombe. James was christened at St Decumans, Somerset on 21 June 1857.[1]
In April 1881, he married Emma Court in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales.[2] Emma died in 1887.
James then married Alice Short on 6 October 1889 in Watchet, Somerset.[3]

James Nurcombe Webber died on 2 July 1914 in Bristol, Gloucestershire.[4][5]
