Ozias married first Elizabeth Morse in 1809 - parents of Phineas, Harvey Kilburn and, Elizabeth Hannah Webster.

After the death of wife Elizabeth he married Elizabeth Gould and had a daughter, Ocia Orline Webster.

Ozias is buried at Rice Cemetery, Cone, Monroe, Michigan, USA.
