Johan (~22) married Anna Nancy Bent (~16) (born in Granville, Nova Scotia, Canada on 6 Sep 1768; died in Virginia, USA on 20 Feb 1842) in 1785 in York. Their children were:
About 1802 he purchased 109 acres of land from Elizabeth and Philip Holsapple.
By 1806 he had moved from Pennsylvania to Virginia (later West virginia, USA).
He passed away on 17 Jun 1829 in Monroe County, Virginia, USA.
