Tracing this is rather difficult, I have one family tree that has led me here. And another one that has led me to a Thomas Michael White of Marriott, Martock, Somerset, who so many confuse with a Thomas Inglefield White from Hampshire, in which both men married a woman named Agnes. I don't know if anyone following has tested their haplogroups, but granted this is supposed to be my direct paternal ancestor my Y is I-BY50251
I have detached Peter White, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/White-6697, who has very recently been attached as son with no sourcing, and with geography making the relationship appear unlikely.
The given death location of "Petersboro, Brockman, England" does Not exist. Although a "Petersborough" town does exist, it was in Northamptonshire until recent times when it was transferred to Cambridgeshire, England. It was never in Hertfordshire. I can find NO "Brockman" either as a village or civil parish anywhere in England - does someone have a 17th Century Gazetteer that might mention it (if it somehow was merged into a larger settlement)??
Hey Darrell, Its almost impossible that DNA could match someone this far back in time. Take a look at the pre-1500 profiles page, which could help with your research: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Pre-1500_Profiles
