I wonder if this is the Holmes family who my Mary Ann White married before she married Thomas Jester. My Mary Ann White https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/White-18131 b. abt 1775 in VA, moved to Edgefield Co SC. Married Thomas Jester. She is on the 1850 census in 1850. She had 4 daughters by Holmes, then 7 children with Thomas. My 2nd ggf was named Burgess Jester.
