18 Apr 2009 Birth* circa 1700 Elizaberh was born circa 1700 at Northampton Co, VA.  Will - Father's* 3 December 1708 Elizaberh was named in her father's will on 3 December 1708 at Northampton Co, VA. She was shown as a daughter Elizabeth in the will of Henry White, wife Rebeckah..2  Marriage* circa 1722 She married Michael Ward Jr., son of Michael Ward Sr. and Tabitha Littleton, circa 1722. On 23 Feb 1724 Michael Ward was shown as my son-in-law in the will of Rebecca White and in Jan 1742/3 John Benet sued Michael Ward and Elizabeth his wife..3,4  Married Name circa 1722 As of circa 1722,her married name was Ward.  Anecdote 23 February 1724 She may have been dec'd by this date as her mother Rebecca White named my son-in-law Michael Ward instead of her. However, in 1742 Michael Ward had a wife Elizabeth.3  Anecdote* January 1743 In Jan 1742/3 in N'hamp Court John Benet sued Michael Ward and Elizabeth his wife. The said Elizabeth stole a canoe without the leave of John which was against the Act of Assembly (1705). For the offense, John askes 500 lbs tobacco as set out in the Act. Neither William (sic) nor Elizabeth will return the canoe nor pay the 500 lbs. Judgement for the plantiff.4  Family
