Biography

At the time of Annies birth her father is described by himself as a carpenter, aged 40 born Christchurch, married in Pahiatua 27 November 1906, to Mary Alexandra Fulcher, previous issue is left blank. The mother is 23 and was born at Pahiatua. They resided at Martinborough at time of Annie Caroline's birth, The registration was on 9th July 1908.

Annie Caroline Whitehead, she married Allan Grimstone at Waihi when 21.

Annie Grimstone died 28th May 1992, at 22 Strassburg Street, Martinborough, her sons were aged 61 and 50 at this time. A post mortem was held and cause of death was Cardiac Tamponade due to Pericardial Effusion due to Acute left Ventrical Failure. Associated with Carcinomatosis due to Carcinoma of Bronchus and severe Artheromatous Degeneration of Abdominal Aorta. Annie was cremated at Masterton.
