William Lash Wilkins was born in about Feb 1849 in Virginia.^[1]

William L. Wilkins, a married teamster born in Virginia, died on 13 Oct 1898 in Hendrysburg, Belmont, Ohio. He was 49 years, 8 months and 17 days old when he died.^[1]
