According to the 1880 Census, William Worthy Williams was living in Walton, Haralson County, GA with his wife, Eliza Dodson Williams, and two children: Rebecca Williams (Mary Rebecca aka Polly Ann Williams) and John W. Williams. His occupation was listed as being a farmer, and he could not read or write.[4]
On the 1900 Census, William Worthy Williams is living in Buncombe, Haralson County, GA with his wife, Eliza Dodson Williams, and his sister-in-law, Nancy Dodson. His occupation is Farming, and he is listed as not being able to read or write.[5]
On the 1910 Census, William Worthy Williams can be found living in the household of his son, John W. Williams, in Buncombe, Haralson County, GA. He was listed as being a widower.[6]
He passed away in 4 Nov 1915 in Haralson County, GA. He was buried in the cemetery of Providence Baptist Church in Tallapoosa, Haralson County, GA.[1][7]
