Mary Williams was a Virginia colonist.
Birth Data: 20 December 1746 in Fairfax (became Loudoun in 1757) County, Virginia. Mary was the 2nd daughter and 4th child of Pennsylvania-born Quakers William Williams Sr. and Margaret (McGrew) Chamness.[1]
Death Data: 14 August 1766 at Cane Creek, Chatham County, North Carolina Province. Mary Williams died unmarried at only 19 years old. She had no children.[2]
