For a valuable sum, for 300 acres, a valuable sum paid by George Williams to Matthew Kinchen Deceased of the Isle of Wight County which I acknowledge in behalf of Matthew Kinchen to George Williams Adj. Francis Boykins. Part of a patent to James Turner granted by the Honorable Charles Eden containing 540 acres dated 01 March 1709. Land in Cypress Swamp on the NS Meherrin River. Made over May 1733 to William Williams and by Williams to Matthew Kinchen. Now in actual possession of George Williams. (William Williams appears to have been the son of George Williams, II.)
