Jane married David Gooch, son of William Gooch Sr. and Frances Rice; and they moved to Tennessee.

9 Nov 1805: David Gooch of Williamson Co TN to Nathaniel Gooch of Caswell, 204 acres on Country Lane Cr adj James Yancey formerly William Kimbrough, James Rice, William Jones, Wm Gooch Jr and 100 acres adj William Jones, Wm Gooch Senr and 14 acres adj Chandler. Wit: Wm Gooch, James Birk[1]

3 May 1816: William Gooch as executor of John C. Gooch, dec'd to James Vaughan. 300 acres south fork County Line Cr adj David Gooch, Isaac Johnston now Abner Walker, Nathaniel Gooch. Acknowledged in open court.[2]

Henry Williams to Willis Ashford, 3 undivided lots of 10 acres each that Elizabeth Williams deceased possessed being part of Henry Williams, Daniel Williams and David & Jane Gooch. 5 Oct 1819. Wit: Jas. Wilder[3]
