Elizabeth Wilson married first Napoleon B. Thompson on 3 February 1851 in Owen County, Kentucky. G.W. Wilson was bondsman. [1]The marriage was performed by J.W. McMillan.(also known as Elder James McMillan)[2]
Mrs. Elizabeth Thompson married G.C. McFarland on 8 October 1868 in Owen County, Kentucky. R.H. Whitton performed the marriage and John Massie and Jas. W. McFarland were witnesses.[3] (Her second husband's full name was Granville McFarland.) They had a son Robert Russell McFarland born 1870.
In 1870 Elizabeth was residing with her second husband Granville McFarland and their children at Caney, in Owen County, Kentucky.

Elizabeth received $200 from the will of her brother Oliver Wilson in 1910. .[5]
She died as the result of an automobile accident on 25 June 1921. The death certificate lists her parents as George W. Wilson and Adelia Jones.
[6] She was buried at Stamping Ground, Scott County, Kentucky.
