He died in Bath County, Kentucky in 1838 [3] and was buried in the East Union Cemetery, Nicholas County, Kentucky.

P 200 Uriah (20-30) son of Nathaniel Wilson; p 224 Uriah (age 20-30) married Elizabeth House and listed next door to Alvin House. He was the son of Uriah & Mary Newkirk; on the same page 224, Uriah (age 60-70), wife Mary Newkirk is found living next door to his son Washington Wilson.
