It is unlikely that this Joseph Wing is the man who married a Betsey Wyman at Livermore in 1802, when he would have been only 17. It was extremely rare for men to marry so young at that place and time. A more likely candidate for the man who married at Livermore in 1802 is Joseph Wing, who was born in 1779 and whose family was known to be living at Livermore in the first decade of the Nineteenth Century.
