Okay - I think your source is the problem. If you try to put it in order with kids you just get a mess, Let's try to find a better source. There are actual documents mentioned in the source you have that may help. I do not think the book is any help either from what I can tell.
I see that we had already found that source. If you simply copy the source onto the profiles of the immediate family members when you change their profiles, then the Rangers can tell which information you are using.
