Biography

Marion Franklin Wood was born in 1861, in Jefferson county, Illinois, the son of Vardy Wood and Winney (Ferguson) Wood.

Marion married Sarah Jane Sisco, daughter of James Francis Sisco and Rachel Martha (Ellis) Sisco. Children of Marion and Sarah are:

Marion died in 1899, in Shannon county, Missouri. According to his Find A Grave memorial, he has no headstone and only a rock to mark his grave in Chrisco Cemtery, in Timber, Shannon county, Missouri. [1]
