He was living with his parents and siblings in Four Mile, Wayne, Illinois in 1880.[2]
He married Julia Jones. They had four children. Julia passed away in 1929.
He married Samantha Keen in 1944.
He passed away in 1961[3] and was buried in Salem cemetery in Keenes, Wayne, Illinois. [4]
