Hi Sandra

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Pre-1700 ancestors can be shared by many descendants, so collaboration is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.

The United States Project may fit your research focus. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find other possibilities. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.

Hi Cindy, I have a great grandfather I am trying to add, Isaac Woodbury- but when I ask to link up with the existing Isaac Woodbury this is the message I received: "No recipients found for invitation to person profile." How should I proceed?

Thanks, Sandi

Hello Sandra,

What is the WikiTree ID for Isaac Woodbury that matches your great-grandfather? That will help me narrow down all the Isaac Woodbury's out there!  :-) It sounds like a privacy issue, but cannot be sure until I can actually look at the one you are seeing. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Many thanks, Cindy

I think it's this: Woodbury-1382
Go take a look at your family tree now.  :-) All you need to do is adopt the profile for Isaac Woodbury-1382. Follow the prompts on the front of the profile.

Thanks, Cindy

Welcome to Wikitree Sandra! I completed the merge Woodbury-1403 into Woodbury-1222. I am 9 Degree's (Wikitree terms) from Israel Woodbury.

Thank you Keith! I found Israel Woodbury listed as a Captain. See his listing on Find a Grave as Captain. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/7942401/israel-woodbury

He's also listed as Captain in this google online book: Genealogical and Family History of the State of New Hampshire By E.S. Stearns p. 534

This book lists his parents as Nathaniel and Abigail Dike, whereas the Find a Grave link says his parents are Israel and Elizabeth Raymond.

In appreciation. Sandi
