Biography

Nauvoo Temple
John became a member of the LDS Church between 1830 - 1848.
John Woodland Jr. was a Latter Day Saint pioneer.

John was born in 1772, the son of John Woodland and Mary Brown.

He married first Ruth McGee. They had two children.

After Ruth and their babies died, he married Celia Steepleford.

He passed away in 1868. He was buried on the 10th of November 1868 at Willard Cemetery, Willard, Box Elder, Utah.[1]

Woodland-616 and Woodland-124 appear to represent the same person because: Some discrepancies amongst dates on write up by his descendants and with find a grave but clearly the same person being described.
