Kentucky County , Va was organized as a county. In 1776 Isaac and Ann migrated from Loudoun County, Virginia . In 1780 Jefferson County, Virginia ( later Kentucky) was created out of Kentucky Coiunty.
Isaac Woollard appears on Green ( Hardin ) County , Kentucky Tax List from 1795-1809. Isaac death and burial are not a matter of public record, he may have died in the year of the " cold plague", but almost certainly died by when his sons Samuel and Isaac Jr moved to Tennessee in the year 1819.
