It appears that Elias Mackey was a good friend of the Woolsey family. But it is somewhat odd that the Woolsey family would use the Mackey surname for a middle name for their daughter. Any other connection further up the tree? I am not really thrilled with how wikitree lists wives with their married names as opposed to their maiden names, especially in the Woolsey family where there appears to be some cousin marriage.
