Married John Kirkbride 9 Jan 1750.[2] The marriage certificate does not give the parents of John Kirkbride, but it is likely that his parents were Joseph Kirkbride and his wife Mary. John was born in 1706 and his first wife was Hannah Sykes.
Margery's husband, John Kirkbride died about 1752.
Margery was disowned by the Quakers in 1753 for having an incestuous affair with her step-son John Kirkbride, Jr. and she was reported as being pregnant.[3]
