There is a discrepancy in Joseph Wright's age on the 1851 census and the 1861 census. He is listed as being older in 1851 & he got younger in 1861.
Joseph was born in 1797. He and his wife sold land on 5 Apr 1872, and he passed away before the census of 1881. His date of death is often seen listed as 31 Aug 1881. This is a different Joseph H Wright, a Union soldier, buried in Dayton National Cemetery. His place of death often shows up as Y, Somme, Picardie, France, an Ancestry autocorrect error.
Wilmot Church Baptismal Record, Microfilms at Provincial Archives of New Brunswick reel #24 (1971), #F1078, #F1132 which contain baptisms 1794-1834 and records 1925-1971, giving DoB 13 Feb 1797, Baptism 13 Mar 1799

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Joseph by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Joseph:
1861 gives 1806 1871 gives 1794 I believe 13 Feb 1794 is correct
