Biography
When Anna G. WYGAL was born on September 24, 1787, in Montgomery, Virginia, her father, Sebastian, was 25, and her mother, Eleanor, was 23. She married William Wirt CECIL on September 24, 1808, in Christiansburg, Virginia. They had nine children in 16 years. She died on April 8, 1830, in Piqua, Ohio, at the age of 42.
