Biography
Philip was born March 4, 1819 to Phillip Yancey and Priscilla Carlton.
He married Kiturah Crowder Davie on 17 Jun 1851 in Tennessee, USA
After Kiturah dies in 1862, Philip married Frances Louisa "Fannie" (Nicholson) Taliaferro on 13 Nov 1866 in Brownsville, Haywood County, Tennessee.
He passed away in August 1886.
