Biography
Records indicate he was drafted for service in World War I while residing in Rogers County, OK in 1917-1918.
Type: 1946 was the last known communication from W.O. (A letter written to his sister) He may have lived longer. His separation from Ethel led to a loss of contact with the family.
Died in a convalescent home for heart patients.
