Edmund and his sister Barbara married siblings, Alberta and George Daniels.
Edmund and his bride, Alberta, were married in the Caledonia Methodist Parsonage as part of a double ceremony with his older sister, Elizabeth and her groom.
When Edmund's brother, David, died in June of 1922, David's obituary reported that "Edmund is overseer in connection to the transportation of Chinese, and is at present in California."
